Our commitment to safety goes beyond ensuring the safety of our most vulnerable citizens. It’s a part of everything we do. We cater to the youngest of the student population to the oldest. No matter what, our highly skilled drivers and staff are equipped to get passengers to and from in a safe and timely manner.

Achieve Logistic Systems Transport is a family company, so we are just as particular as you are when it comes to inviting someone into our workplace. That is why we hire qualified candidates from the local area and equip them with the skills they need to become the kinds of drivers that earn your trust.

Our drivers are required to have a clean driving record, experience working with children, and State/Federal DOT certifications. We have accident retraining programs in place including classroom instruction, behind-the-wheel training and disciplinary steps for drivers involved in at-fault or preventable accidents.
Staff are also responsible for attending, participating and completing student management and safety courses, anti-bullying training & guidance, and other specialized training. All are subject to annual evaluations and safety monitoring. We invest in our drivers so they can be the best they can be. Exceeding your school bus safety expectations is our goal.

We understand the value of safe operating procedures, that’s why our safety personnel pay such close attention to compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures. As a part of our longstanding commitment to safety, we will continue working on and seeking ways to eliminate accidents and injuries while protecting passengers, pedestrians and making roads safer.
Privately contracted student transportation vehicles meet the same statewide maintenance standards as the other transportation companies. As a private contractor, we take every step necessary to make sure each vehicle meets maintenance standards. Accident-free driving is our priority and that is why we invest in training. We like our drivers to be as prepared as possible for what may come. Some of the key areas of our training include: Driving in adverse weather conditions, distracted driving and student management.
